Request for Proposal - New Consultancy Opportunity on Private Security Regulation

The Security and Human Rights Implementation Mechanism (SHRIM) is looking for a Senior Research Consultant to conduct a Regional Baseline Study of 12’000-15’000 words examining the private security industry in the Southern African Development Community (SADC) region, assessing the size and scope of the industry and its regulation. 

The purpose of this study will be to enhance knowledge on challenges and opportunities to promote effective oversight and accountability of the private security industry at regional and national levels.

 

Project :                              Baseline Study on private security regulation in the SADC region

Duration:                            To be implemented between 1 April 2019 – 31 July 2019

Budget :                             Maximum USD 15’000
